SD Country Epilepsy Foundation Day Of HOPE Conference!
A Day of HOPE is a one-day conference designed to help those affected by epilepsy find answers, gain solutions and meet others also affected by epilepsy. The conference has been designed to meet the needs of EVERYONE affected by this disorder, with a concentration on teens and young adults.
Who Should Attend: ‣ Adults with epilepsy ‣ Teens with epilepsy ‣ People with seizure disorders ‣ Parents of people with epilepsy ‣ Friends & family of people with epilepsy ‣ Professionals in a caregiving or educational setting (CEUs provided)
A Day of HOPE Conference has been tailored to meet the needs of all people affected by epilepsy in San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties. Epilepsy can affect many, from the person diagnosed with the disorder to their friends, family, educators, employers, etc.
The conference focuses on the empowerment of people affected by epilepsy. There will be an emphasis on the potential teens and young adults have to break the stigma associated with epilepsy.
