Dog adoptions
The Escondido Humane Society is holding an adoption outreach event from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 27 at Petco in Escondido, 1000 W. Valley Parkway. Adoptable dogs will be at the store during the event, and there also are adoptable rabbits on-site. For more information, call (760) 888-2247.
